After a full day of strategy discussions, Mark Brumfield, CEO of HEAPY, and I took a 2.5-mile Dialogue Miles™ walk through downtown Nashville.

We strolled past the ongoing modernization of Nissan stadium and ended up in the heart of Broadway, where the music was rocking on a Wednesday evening. This walk was eight years in the making. A reflection not just of time, but of growth, adaptability, and drive.

As we walked, the conversation came easily. The kind that builds when there is shared history, but enough time has passed to bring new perspective.
